The Mexican American Legislative Leadership Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering civic participation among Texas Latinos and educating the state's Hispanic communities on issues of particular consequence.

MORENO/RANGEL LEGISLATIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
MALLF is committed to the professional development of the Latino youth of Texas and to educating Texas Latinos about the value of government and civic participation. The Foundation's Moreno/Rangel Legislative Leadership Program is a hands-on learning program that prepares college and graduate-level students to be the next generation of community leaders.
